Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frozen mixed package of broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, and carrots
1 can cream of celery soup
1 American cheese or Velveeta
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
Preparation

Combine frozen vegetables with cream of celery soup until well mixed.
Cover vegetables with cheese slices.
Spread Ritz cracker crumbs and melted butter on top of the cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
