Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cans consomme
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown rice slowly in butter or margarine.
    Put in 2-quart casserole and add other ingredients.
    Mix.
    Bake, uncovered, 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
