Oven Fried Mustard Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. bread crumbs
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/3 c. Dijon mustard
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. butter
    4 boneless chicken breast halves (1 1/2 lb.)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Mix bread crumbs, flour and paprika.
    Mix mustard, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 2 tablespoons water.
    Melt butter.
    Dip the chicken breast in mustard mixture, then coat with bread crumb mixture.
    Place in pan.
    Bake until browned (10 to 15 minutes).
