Murkon(Rolled-Up Beef Steak Filipino Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. round steak
1/4 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. ground ham or sliced
1/4 c. sweet pickles
1 egg (fresh)
1/4 c. shredded cheese
1 small box raisins
2 tsp. soy sauce
lemon juice
dash of salt and pepper
2 c. water
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 small can tomato sauce
3 pieces garlic, minced well
1 bay leaf
1 tsp. vinegar
soy sauce
dash of pepper

Preparation

Boil meat until tender.
Place on platter; slice rolled up beef and pour remaining sauce on top.
