Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 Tbsp. chili powder
6 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 c. water
12 corn tortillas
1 1/2 c. chopped onions
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and add next 4 ingredients.
Blend and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 4 cups of water; mix and boil for 10 minutes.
In a saucepan, add just enough butter or margarine to fry tortillas, about 3 seconds each.
Layer in Dutch oven tortillas, meat mixture, onions and cheese (3 or 4 layers).
Bake at 325\u00b0, uncovered, about 40 minutes.
