Pear Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 fresh pears, peeled and sliced
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. lemon
    1/2 tsp. almond
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 (9-inch) pie shell, cooked
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour (plain)
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream and vanilla, almond and lemon extracts.
    Coat pears with 2/3 cup sugar and 1/3 cup flour and stir into sour cream mixture.
    Place in 9-inch pie shell which has been cooked at 325\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Mix together 1/4 cup brown sugar, flour and butter until crumbly.
    Top pie with this crumbly mixture and bake 35 to 40 minutes.
