Fricasseed Raccoon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 raccoon, cut into serving pieces
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. fat
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Remove fat from lean meat.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in a bag.
    Add meat and shake bag to coat.
    Fry in hot fat until brown.
    Add water, cover and simmer 2 hours or until tender.
