Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 apples
2 tsp. cinnamon
5 Tbsp. sugar
3 c. flour
1 c. oil
4 eggs (unbeaten)
2 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. orange juice
2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Slice and peel apples.
In separate bowl, mix cinnamon and 5 tablespoons sugar.
Set aside.
Mix remaining ingredients. Mixture will be thick and smooth.
Grease and flour large tube pan.
Pour in part of batter, then layer of apples, then sugar and cinnamon.
Repeat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
