Frozen Berry Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crisp graham crackers (1 pkg.)
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg whites
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. fresh berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries)
Preparation
    Mix cracker crumbs and butter.
    Press into bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Beat egg whites and vanilla slightly in large bowl.
    Gradually beat in sugar and berries.
    Beat at high speed 12 to 15 minutes.
    Mixture is fluffy and has large volume.
    Fold in whipped cream; spread over crumb crust.
    Freeze overnight.
