Steamed Asparagus With Red-Pepper Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. asparagus or 20 (3/4-inch) stalks
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. chopped roasted sweet red pepper
    1 Tbsp. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Remove and discard woody ends of asparagus stalks.
    With vegetable peeler, peel lower part of each stalk.
    Arrange in single layer in shallow 10-inch microwave-safe dish.
    Add water. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave 3 to 4 minutes.
