Hardee'S Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder (heaped)
    1/4 tsp. soda (level)
    3 Tbsp. lard
    1 tsp. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift all dry ingredients together; cut in shortening.
    Mix with buttermilk; turn out on floured board.
    Knead lightly.
    Roll the dough to 1/2-inch and cut with biscuit cutter dipped in flour. Drizzle with liquid margarine.
    Bake in preheated oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
