Tamale Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. bread crumbs, toasted
    2 c. corn bread crumbs
    3/4 c. onion, chopped
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
    8 fresh or frozen tamales, crumbled
    6 c. chicken or turkey broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour mixture into a greased 3 qt. pan or casserole dish.
