Quick, Easy, Delicious Italian Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. ground beef
6 slices bread
4 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 grated onions
2 or 3 Tbsp. garlic salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 to 1 tsp. oregano
1 large can tomato puree
2 or 3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except puree.
Shape into balls. Place in large oblong baking pan.
Pour puree over all.
Sprinkle with more cheese and seasonings, if desired.
Bake at 350\u00b0 uncovered for 1 hour.
Serve as main dish with spaghetti or as small sandwiches on Parker House rolls.
You can keep them hot in crock-pot.
