Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (1 lb.) pink salmon
    1/4 c. juice from salmon
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. flour
    1 egg
Preparation
    Add baking powder to salmon juice and let foam.
    Mix flour into salmon with egg; add juice and mix again.
    Drop by teaspoons into hot oil to cook.
