Beef Hash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. beef broth or gravy
    2 c. shredded raw potato
    1 large onion, diced
    2 1/2 c. diced, cooked roast beef
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine broth, potato, onion, beef and seasoning.
    Melt butter in heavy ovenproof skillet. Add meat mixture. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until potato and onion are tender and hash is lightly browned on bottom.
    Uncover and place in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes. To serve, fold hash in half like an omelet and slide onto a platter.
    Serves 6.
