Sausage And Egg Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 to 16 slices white bread, crusts removed
    3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. sausage, browned and drained (1 lb. hot, 1 lb. mild)
    2 cans chopped green chiles
    4 eggs
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 can golden mushroom soup
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Layer the first 4 ingredients in casserole dish.
    Mix the eggs, 2 1/2 cups milk and mustard together; pour over layers and refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, mix soup and 1/2 cup milk. Spread over top of casserole.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
