Refrigerator Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. thinly sliced cucumbers
    1 c. thinly sliced onions
    1 c. thinly sliced bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Put cucumbers, onions and peppers into a jar or other container with a lid.
    Sprinkle with salt and stir.
    Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.
    Drain all liquid.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir and refrigerate.
    Will keep up to 2 months. Ready to eat the next day.
