Mary'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground round
1 (6 oz.) pkg. Mexican style cornbread mix
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg. taco seasoning
2 eggs
2/3 c. milk
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Brown ground beef, drain. Add taco seasoning and water required on package. Mix cornbread mix by package directions. Add corn, meat and one half of cheese. Bake for 25 minutes, sprinkle with remaining cheese.
