Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 lb. margarine
    10 Tbsp. canned milk
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients; boil 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat. Add baking powder and beat.
    Add vanilla.
    Beat with mixer until creamy and to desired consistency for spreading on cake.
