Kosher Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 lb. small cucumbers
1 1/2 oz. jar dill weed
10 cloves garlic
2 qt. water
1 qt. apple cider vinegar
3/4 c. pickling salt
Preparation
-
Slice or quarter cucumbers and pack in 10 hot quart jars.
Add 1 clove of garlic and 1 teaspoon dill weed to each jar.
