Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 stick margarine, softened
1/2 c. skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix above ingredients and pour in greased baking dish.
