Chicken Diablo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/4 c. oil or less
    salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. hot water or chicken broth
    1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. paprika
Preparation
    Season chicken; remove skin first, if desired.
    Brown in oil. Remove chicken.
    Stir in flour (you can remove most of the fat first).
    Add water or broth.
    Cook until thick.
    Add remaining 4 ingredients and mix until smooth.
    Add chicken to sauce.
    Cover and simmer until tender (45 minutes to 1 hour).
    Serves 4.
