Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    oregano
    1/2 c. rice
    cabbage
    2 cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Peel cabbage leaves off.
    Put in pan and steam until starts to get tender.
    Saute ground beef, onion, green pepper, oregano and rice until tender.
    Take cabbage leaves out.
    Fill leaf and roll up and anchor with toothpick.
    Put in pan.
    Pour tomato sauce over.
    Cook over medium heat about 20 minutes or bake in oven at 350\u00b0
    for 20 minutes.
