Shoe Peg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans drained Shoe Peg corn
    1 purple onion, chopped
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 cucumber, chopped
    1/2 c. sour cream
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1/2 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix all vegetables together except tomatoes.
    Wait 2 hours before serving and add tomatoes.
    Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and celery seed and pour over vegetables.
    Refrigerate overnight.
