Raisin Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Raisin Bran
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine cereal, flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Stir.
    Combine egg, buttermilk and oil.
    Make a well in center of dry ingredients.
    Add liquid ingredients.
    Stir until moistened. Spoon batter into greased miniature muffin pans.
    Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
