Pork Chop Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sliced apples
    2 c. sliced onion
    6 pork chops
    6 Tbsp. sugar
    6 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 c. catsup
    3 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Layer apples and onion in casserole. Combine the sugar, Worcestershire sauce, catsup, vinegar, salt and pepper.
    Combine the catsup/vinegar mixture and pour half over the apples and onion. Trim all excess fat from the chops and layer them over the apples and onion. Pour the rest of the catsup mixture over the chops and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    This can be made ahead and refrigerated before baking.
