Quick Tortoni Cups * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1/2 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    7/8 oz. milk chocolate bar, chopped
    1/4 tsp. grated orange peel
    1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel
    2 Tbsp. maraschino cherries, chopped
    1/4 tsp. almond flavoring (optional)
Preparation
    Stir together all ingredients.
    Spoon into 10 individual paper bake cups in muffin pans.
    Freeze until firm.
    Top each with cherry.
    Makes 10 servings.
