Oven Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. diced lean stew beef
    4 c. diced potatoes
    2 c. diced carrots
    2 medium onions, cut up
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can tomato soup
    1/2 soup can water
Preparation
    Put in pan in order given.
    Cover and bake 5
    hours at 250\u00b0.
