Barbecued Beef Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 lb. beef brisket
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
1/4 c. + 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
Preparation

Sprinkle meat with salt and garlic powder.
Place in shallow baking dish.
Pour liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce over meat and cover with foil.
Refrigerate several hours or overnight, turning once.
Bake, covered, with foil at 300\u00b0 for 4 to 4 1/2 hours or until tender.
Pour over barbecue sauce and bake additional 30 minutes.
Slice diagonally; electric knife works best.
