Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Crisco oil
    3 large eggs
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (undrained)
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl with a spoon.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Cool in pan 1 hour before removing from pan.
    Allow to cool completely and ice if desired with Cream Cheese Icing.
