Pina Colada Mold(Low Calorie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) sugar-free lemon gelatin
    1/2 c. boiling water
    2 (8 oz.) cans crushed pineapple (undrained and unsweetened)
    2 (8 oz.) containers lemon yogurt
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in water.
    Stir in pineapple.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Whip until foamy.
    Stir in yogurt and coconut.
    Pour into a 4-cup mold.
    Chill several hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
