School Day Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. plain flour
    3 pkg. yeast
    6 c. water
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Add 1/2 of flour to yeast; mix well.
    Heat other 4 ingredients over low heat until it becomes 110\u00b0.
    Pour liquid into flour and yeast, then slowly add the rest of flour.
    Add more if needed. Knead well; let rise 2 hours, then form into rolls.
    Let rise for 2 more hours.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or make into loaves and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
