Salad Of Gold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
    2/3 c. boiling water
    2/3 c. pineapple juice
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2/3 c. Pet milk
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. grated fine carrots
    2/3 c. pineapple, drained
Preparation
    Put gelatin in hot water in blender.
    Cover and stir until dissolved all juice, vinegar and milk.
    Use liquify on blender and add cream cheese.
    When mixture is smooth, add carrots and pineapple.
    Chill.
