Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

15 c. diced potatoes
3 c. chopped or diced ham
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 3/4 lb. margarine
5 c. flour
1 Tbsp. ham base
16 c. ham broth
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 gal. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation

Melt the margarine.
Add the flour, salt, pepper, ham base and Worcestershire sauce.
Stir in the ham broth, then stir in the milk.
Cook your potatoes, ham and onions until tender, then mix with the other ingredients.
