Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. crushed red pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients and pour into hot greased black iron skillet.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until done.
