Poppy Seed Bread(Fat-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 oz. poppy seed
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk (skim)
    1 1/2 c. applesauce (unsweetened)
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and beat 5 minutes.
    Pour into two bread pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
