Make Ahead Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    salt to taste
    4 stalks celery, diced
    3 sweet pickles, diced
    3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
    1/4 onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. salad dressing
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets in boiling water.
    Cook, peel and dice.
    Add salt, celery, pickles, eggs and onion.
    Add mustard and salad dressing; mix just enough to blend.
    Pickle juice may be added if desired.
    Salad is better if allowed to stand overnight for flavors to blend.
    Garnish with olives at serving time.
