Turkey Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. curry powder
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. chopped potatoes
    1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning
    2 c. cooked, cubed turkey
    1 1/2 c. half and half
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan over medium-high heat.
    Add onions and saute until translucent, about 10 minutes.
    Add broth, potatoes, carrots, celery, parsley and sage and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add turkey, half and half and spinach.
    Cover and continue simmering until heated through, about 7 minutes.
    Season with salt and pepper.
