Scalloped Broccoli - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. broccoli cuts
1 c. wide egg noodles
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Cheddar cheese soup
1/3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook broccoli and noodles according to directions.
Drain.
In a
greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish, blend soup and milk together until smooth.
Stir in broccoli, noodles, pepper and mushrooms. Combine crumbs with melted butter. Sprinkle over broccoli mixture. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
