Curry Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 c. reduced-calorie mayonnaise
2 tsp. diced onion
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder or to taste
1 packet low sodium instant chicken broth mix
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation

In blender, combine all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Use as a dressing or dip for fresh vegetables; as a sauce for fish or chicken; as a salad dressing; or as a sandwich spread.
