Sourdough Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    2 1/2 c. warm water
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 c. flour, sifted
Preparation
    Sprinkle yeast in 1/2 cup warm water.
    Let stand until dissolved.
    Stir well into large bowl with cover.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir well.
    Cover and let stand for 3 days at room temperature.
    Stir daily.
