Blueberry Gelatin Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry flavored gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (15 oz.) can blueberries in heavy syrup (not pie filling), undrained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in blueberries.
    Pour into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch dish; chill until set. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
    Add vanilla and sour cream; mix well.
    Spread over the gelatin layer. Sprinkle with pecans.
    Chill several hours or overnight.
