Strawberry Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. strawberry gelatin
    1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed (I use sliced)
    1 c. whipping cream
    1 graham cracker pie crust or regular
Preparation
    Stir gelatin until dissolved with water; add strawberries and 1/2 cup whipping cream; mix thoroughly. Pour into pie shell; chill until firm.
    Whip remaining cream; spread whipped cream evenly over pie.
    Yields 6 servings.
