Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 cake yeast
    1/2 c. cold water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    In a mixer, cream shortening and sugar.
    Add hot water.
    Add yeast that has been dissolved in the cold water; add egg and flour.
    Grease top of dough.
    Store in refrigerator overnight. Make into Parker House or cloverleaf rolls.
    Allow to double in size before baking.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 or 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes. Makes 3 dozen.
