Italian Heritage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    1 red pepper, cut in lengthwise strips
    1 green pepper, cut in lengthwise strips
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    3 lb. boneless chicken, cut in chunks
    1 lb. sweet or mild sausage, cut in 1-inch chunks
Preparation
    Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
    Arrange potatoes and peppers in the bottom of the dish.
