Chicken-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken, cut up
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup
1 stick margarine
1 can cream of celery soup
2 c. rice (uncooked, not Minute rice)
1 soup can milk
Preparation

Place rice in large baking pan.
Melt margarine and pour over rice.
Place pieces of chicken on top of rice.
Dilute soups with milk and water.
Mix together and pour over all.
Cook 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 250\u00b0 or until done.
Can use pork chops.
