Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 lasagna noodles
    2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 beaten eggs
    1 pt. Ricotta cheese
    salt to taste
    handful (about 1/4 c. total) Mozzarella cheese, Cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook noodles.
    Brown beef and add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix.
    Beat eggs and add Ricotta cheese.
    Layer:
    noodles, meat, Ricotta and top with Cheddar, Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. (Makes 3 layers.)
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let stand for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Cut and serve.
    May be frozen.
