1 small (4 1/2 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box Pillsbury lemon cake mix
1 egg
Preparation

Beat egg into Cool Whip.
Add cake mix and mix thoroughly. Chill overnight.
Roll into balls and then into confectioners sugar.
Bake on a greased cookie sheet at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
