Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red sweet peppers
    12 green sweet peppers
    12 small or 3 large onions
    2 c. yellow cider vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions; place in large kettle.
    Add vinegar, sugar and salt.
    Bring to a boil; boil for 5 minutes.
    Lower temperature and continue cooking for 30 minutes.
    Pour into hot jars and seal.
    Makes nine pints.
