Onion Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 saltine crackers, crushed
1/2 c. melted oleo
5 eggs, beaten
3 large onions, sliced thin
2 c. milk with 1 chicken bouillon cube diluted in it
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix crackers and oleo.
Line a casserole dish for crust. Saute onions until clear.
Spread over cracker crust.
Mix beaten eggs, milk and seasonings together.
Pour over onions.
Top with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm.
